ORDERS

Login to your account. From the "Orders" tab, you can view all your orders. The order status of the payment and fulfillment will update in real time.


You can check the status of your order in two ways:

By email:

- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will include the order details.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Click on the shipment tracking number link provided in the email to view latest updates on the shipment.

By logging to your account:

- Login to your account and click on the “Orders” tab.

- In “Orders”, you’ll be able to view your current order or any past orders.

- Click on “View order details” to get more information about its status.

- If your order is marked as “Shipped”, you’ll see the shipment tracking number that links to the shipping carrier's website. Click on this tracking number link to view latest updates on the shipment.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.


Take a look at your tracking information. If it is still in transit with recent updates - please be patient, sometimes shipping carriers can get backed up during peak seasons. 

If it is still in transit with no new updates - contact the carrier for more information. If the carrier is not able to provide you with further information, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help! 


Once you are logged-in to your account, you can contact us directly about your order by clicking "Contact us" button under the order you would like to inquire about. Simply fill-out the message box and submit the form to us. We'll respond to you by email within 24 to 48 hours.


Once an order is placed and your card has been charged, we cannot change or cancel your order. You can return the package by following our Returns Policy.

We currently ship to seven countries:

All orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Once your order is shipped, it’ll take 3-5 business days to reach you. Please note that we are not responsible and have no control over the delays that may occur from your local customs office.


Free shipping is currently available for hair extension products only.

Hair Care and Tape Hair Tools & Supplies products are subject to shipping fees.


You may be subjected to the tax, duties, or customs (if any) of your country when your package arrives, and as they differ from country to country, we advise you to contact the custom agency officials to find out further information about this. These charges are not covered by Lauard. 


Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties for different types of goods and values (price) are set locally. Although you ordered and purchased the goods online from Lauard.com, the goods are still subject to an import procedure to clear the shipment through customs at your local office.

For more information about duties & tax, please contact your local custom office.


You will not be paying to the carrier any further shipping fee. Rather, you will be asked instead to pay customs duties, taxes and other import charges related to customs clearance in your home country, as per local regulations.


PAYMENTS

At Lauard.com, we accept payments online using Visa, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress. We also accept KNET for Kuwait, SADAD for Saudi Arabia, and NAPS for Qatar.


Yes, the payment process is 100% secure. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our Payment Gateway provider "MyFatoorah" or "Tabby" via a highly secure connection. 


Yes, you can split the payment for your order in 4 interest-free installments using Tabby.

You are required to pay 40% of the order amount at the time of placing the order on our website and the remaining amount will be split into 3 equal monthly installments.

The maximum order limit is 1,000 KWD.

The option for paying in installments is currently only available for orders from Kuwait.


1. Choose Tabby at checkout.

2. Tabby will display your payment plan. If you agree to the payment plan and Terms & Conditions, enter your phone number, email address, and click "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER" button.

3. Confirm your phone number.

4. Select your payment method and enter your credit/debit card details, and you're done!


You are required to pay 40% of the order amount at the time of placing the order on our website and the remaining amount will be split into 3 equal monthly installments. There is no interest or fees.

Note: The option for paying in installments is currently only available for orders from Kuwait.


All valid discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs, and are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

When you are ready to make your purchase and filling in your information at checkout, there is a field for you to enter your discount code.

Enter the valid discount code that you have in the respective field box at checkout, click "Apply" button and the discount will be applied to your order.

Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order. Products already reduced in price are also excluded from promotion offers.

Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.


RETURNS

Product(s) can be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Login to your account and submit a return request by clicking on "Contact us" button in the order that you want to return. In the message box, please specify the product name, quantity, and reason for the return, then click "submit". The Approval or Rejection of your order will be sent to you via email within 24 to 48 hours.

Important note: When the return request is approved, we will provide you with Return Authorization number. It is not possible to return product(s) before obtaining an official Return Authorization number from Lauard.

2. After obtaining your Return Authorization number, you can return the product via the following shipping carriers:

FedEx

UPS

DHL

Important note: Lauard does not bear any responsibility if the product is shipped through any shipping carrier other than the ones mentioned above.

3. By returning your product, you confirm that the product is in its original condition and unopened or unused. Opening the product packaging will void your right to return the product.

4. The customer is responsible for all costs and fees associated with return shipping as incurred during the return process of the product(s).

5. If your original order received free shipping and you decide to return it, we shall deduct the original shipping cost from your refunded amount.

6. We are not responsible nor liable to you for any foreign exchange fees which our or your bank or any payment gateway processor charges you when placing or refunding an order.

7. Upon receipt and approval of the returned product(s), the amount refunded will be equal to the amount you spent on the product minus any shipping and import duties and tax fees as those fees are sole responsibility of the purchaser. The amount will be refunded back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund amount does not include the original shipping cost of your order.

8. Products that do not qualify for a return or refund are as follows:
- Clearance products or products discounted through sale price.
- Products that are not in their original condition, have been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
- Returned products with invalid return authorization number.
- Returned products without return authorization number.

9. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we shall arrange the return and exchange of the product for free.


1- Login to your account and submit a return request by clicking on the "Contact Us" button in the order that you want to return. In the message box, please specify the product name, quantity, and reason for the return, then click "submit". The Approval or Rejection of your order will be sent to you via email within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Upon approval of the return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number. It is not possible to return product(s) before obtaining an official Return Authorization number from Lauard.

3- Product(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the order via the means of transportation available in the following shipping carriers:

DHL

Note: Depending on the shipping method used to return the products, it may take up to a week for the products to reach us.

4- After we receive your returned product(s) and confirm that they meet the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy, we will inform you if your return is accepted or rejected. This process will take 2-3 business days.

It is for hygiene reasons and for protecting your right to a clean and unused hair that we cannot accept a returned hair extension which has been opened or have been worn, even briefly to check suitability. Hair extensions must be returned in their original condition.

If you are not sure about choosing a hair extension color, we offer Color Match service for you before purchasing the hair extensions. We provide three options to help you choose the right color for you:
(1) Order hair color samples
(2) Chat with us on WhatsApp
(3) Book a free online consultation with a Lauard specialist.

For more accuracy, we recommend purchasing hair color samples to check the color tone before ordering the hair extensions. We have 18 shades of colors, including ready-to-dye hair.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to get credited to your card. Your refund is subject to the condition of the returned product as per our Returns Policy.


The return shipping costs will be your responsibility so you will receive a full refund, equal to the amount you spent on the product minus any shipping and import duties and tax fees as those fees are sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Natural and healthy human hair purchased directly from the source is a rare commodity, and the process of making hair extensions requires special techniques that include skilled artisans in state-of-art facilities. Because of this, we are able to make approximately 200 pieces per month which results in our ability to release limited quantities each month.

Positively, limited productivity ensures lasting safety and uncompromising quality of the hair extensions, and guarantees an exclusive experience for our customers.


A product may sell out and a limited quantity is restocked within a month. You can join the Waiting List of your favourite hair extension color and you will be notified if and when new stock comes in.


We do not provide installation or maintenance services. Lauard is a brand specialized in designing and making the highest quality human hair extensions. To install or maintain the hair extensions, you can contact a professional salon specialized in this field.


No, we recommend that you get your tape hair extensions installed by a licensed professional salon or hair extension technician. The preparation, installation, and maintenance process of your tape hair extensions are important to get the best results and to protect your hair from any damage.

There are three ways to subscribe to our newsletter:

(1) By submitting your email at the newsletter subscription form located at the bottom of the page

(2) During checkout, simply tick the checkbox next to “Email me with news and offers”. You will be subscribed to our newsletter once the checkout process is completed.
